What Is The Temperature Of A Cold Spark Produced From A Grinder Or Any Type Of Tool Or Equipment?

When Grinding Or Using A Plasma Cutter You Produce Two Different Types Of Sparks. One Is Called Hot And The Other Is Cold. I Need To Know What The Temperature Of The Cold Spark Is. I Am Sure Cold Sparks Are Produced While Using Other Types Of Tools Or Machinery And You Can List Those As Well.
