cd 2 is a re-issue of terra damnata:biomechanical beasts... pounding, well-oiled machines... stringed sections... horns... subterranean rumblings... cybergothic vampires and chanting monks. slow, dark and brooding music ranging from manic throat-choking to sublime sonic murmurings. a glimpse of biblical apocalypse. a skull expanding soundtrack for the film by a twenty-first-century bosch.

lance grabmiller

lance grabmiller : anthropology
cover artwork

sometimes sinister, sometimes innocuous, sometimes contemplative, and often serious... lance grabmiller: anthropology - a brilliant glitch-hop collision between noise and music...

anthropology marks the debut release from lance grabmiller, prolific musical conspirator of the mid-west's dark underground music scene for well over a decade. frequent collaborator & team player, this time grabmiller seizes the reigns of his own musical vision - a vision of strange sounds, off-kilter drums, and somnambulant passages of unnerving silence which bravely push past the edge of the envelope, pulling you along with surprisingly engaging scraps of melody and grace.

bone saw
cover artwork
written and illustrated by various artists
edited by john bergin and james o'barr.

"bone saw is expansive, disorientating...it slithers under your skin and into the very marrow with insidious surgical precision: a volatile, timely, and non-generic anthology for the 90's."
- stephen r. bissette, editor of taboo.

enter if you dare, the bizarre underworld of bone saw. the mutant brainchild of artist/writers john bergin and james o'barr. bone saw is a sometimes demented, always fascinating blend of comics, photography, art, portfolios, and fiction. horror merges with science fiction with pop culture in this genre-slashing anthology..

written and illustrated by john bergin

anthology of comics, essays, and illustrated fiction by john bergin. five issues were printed from late 1990 to 1991. the series was nominated for a harvey award in 1991.

"john bergin is an outlaw of the flesh. he dances a midnight ballet through the cemeteries of the heart and soul, moving respectively among the tombstones. dark as a shadow's shadow or in delicate washes of grey, bergin transcribes his tales with a sparse style of black and white. they reach down and touch the soft, frightened places in your heart that have been forgotten about, or you wish you could have. haunting, beautiful, and unforgettable."
- Detroit Metro Times
